“My fiancé and I had an incredible experience selling my condo with Lauren as our realtor. She got us multiple offers well above asking price on our opening weekend, and she did it with a big smile, energy, and passion for her work. She went above and beyond throughout the process and made the whole experience so easy and pleasant for us. We highly recommend using Lauren if you are looking to buy or sell a home in the Dallas area! When we decided to sell our condo, I was still living across the country in Philadelphia, and my fiancé and I (well, really my fiancé) was in the busy final stretch of planning our wedding. We told Lauren that we wanted to sell the place really quickly, easily, and for top dollar (a challenging combination!), so that we could be closed before our wedding and enjoy our honeymoon. Lauren immediately took the reigns and went above and beyond the call of duty to help us out. She had the perfect recommendations in terms of doing just the right amount of touch-ups / improvements to make the place ready to sell quickly. In addition to recommending what we should do, she also had great referrals for the actual companies and contractors that would perform the work (painters, handymen, stagers, cleaning services, photographers). PLUS, she made multiple trips to my condo to coordinate and manage all of the work being done since I was living across the country. She really did a lot to make sure our very tight and aggressive timeline stayed on track. So, within a matter of hours, we had multiple attractive offers. Lauren held two great open houses on Saturday and Sunday of opening weekend, and the offers continued to pour in. We had multiple offers well above list price, and ultimately accepted one $15K over asking price within 4 days of listing the unit. After we accepted the offer, Lauren managed the remainder of the process to perfection, with no bumps or snags, and keeping us informed throughout the process. We happily closed about a month before our wedding, which was a major relief!
