About Lauren
Lauren grew up in Cinnaminson, NJ and graduated from Cinnaminson High School. She went on to earn her BS in Business Administration from Elizabethtown College and an MBA in Marketing from Rutgers University. Lauren returned to the area in 2015 when she and her husband bought their first home.  

Before joining the Moriuchi Group, Lauren worked in property management for a decade where she oversaw a portfolio of luxury apartment communities in the Philadelphia area. Her most recent position prior to joining the team was VP of Asset Management for a real estate investment firm which specialized in acquiring, developing, leasing, and managing multifamily properties. Lauren was responsible for the assets in the Northeast region, spanning from Boston to DC. 

South Jersey will always hold a special place in Laurenā€™s heart. Her family all still live in neighboring towns and it is not uncommon to drive or bike past a family member when out and about! She enjoys spending time with friends, traveling to new places, and meeting new people. Laurenā€™s passion for helping others is ultimately what made her decide to become a full-time Realtor. She is dually licensed in NJ and PA.
