Lauren Zgutowicz is a lifelong Atlanta resident with an unwavering commitment to her city and its people. With deep roots in the community, Lauren possesses a unique understanding of Atlanta's neighborhoods, trends, and culture that sets her apart in the real estate industry.

After attending The Westminster Schools, she pursued her undergraduate and graduate degrees at the University of Georgia, further honing her knowledge and skills in the field. After spending five years at a management consulting firm, she realized her true passion was real estate and her notable skill was customer service. 

Lauren's dedication and expertise have not gone unnoticed. Her team consistently ranked among the Top 10 teams at the Atlanta Board of Realtors, a testament to their exceptional service and results. In fact, her team has been the #1 small team at the Compass Buckhead office for three consecutive years (2020 to 2022). After transitioning to an individual agent, Lauren achieved the award of #2 individual agent in the Compass Buckhead office by sales volume and the #3 individual agent across all of Compass Georgia in 2024. This achievement showcases Lauren's commitment to excellence and her ability to deliver outcomes for her clients. 

Beyond her professional endeavors, Lauren finds joy in her family. She is a proud wife to her husband Andrew and a mom to five children. Two of her children are juniors at the the University of Georgia, one is pursuing her education at Kennesaw State University, and two are thriving middle & high schoolers at The Mount Vernon School. In her free time, you can often find Lauren at her youngest daughters' barn in Sandy Springs, supporting them and their two beloved horses, Kitty and Beezie. She takes great pleasure in attending their regular eventing competitions and finds solace in her Peloton workouts.
