Laurene Chatelain

Laurène Châtelain grew up in a family of real estate investors, where she gained hands-on experience managing properties, apartment buildings, and land developments. That foundation sparked her passion for helping others build lasting value through real estate. She went on to earn a degree in Management and Psychology with a focus in Finance and built a career in operations, logistics, and client services.

Having lived and worked in Paris, Barcelona, Madrid, Port-au-Prince, and now Fort Lauderdale, Laurène brings a global perspective to South Florida’s diverse market. Known for her approachable personality and detail-oriented professionalism, she loves guiding clients from all backgrounds, ensuring they feel understood and supported through every step of the process. Fluent in English, French, and Haitian Creole, with intermediate Spanish, she ensures clear communication at every stage.

A passionate traveler to over 30 countries, Laurène also enjoys running, writing poetry, and spending time with family.
