Laurie Bradshaw

More than 20 years of experience, including three years as a broker/manager of a local real estate office, helps Laurie to serve the best interests of our clients every day. A family history in real estate drew her to the industry. And, as someone who has always loved looking at homes with a passion for design and decor, a career in real estate was a natural fit for Laurie! 

Laurie grew up in Pocahontas, Iowa, and graduated from Upper Iowa University. She worked in the insurance industry for nine years before moving to Kansas City. Upon moving to the metro, Laurie was ready for a new career focus. The variety of home styles across Kansas City played a role in her decision to pursue a career in real estate. 

The most satisfying aspect of working in this industry for Laurie is helping our clients achieve their real estate goals. In addition to her lengthy experience selling real estate, Laurie’s management background benefits our team and clients. Laurie partners with each of our agents in a mentoring role to ensure our clients receive the best service possible. Additionally, Laurie owns several apartment complexes in the Kansas City area and enjoys rehabbing investment properties as well. Laurie lives in Leawood with her husband, Brice, and their two younger children – Sophea and Brodye. Their eldest son, Kobe, is a student at KU. Laurie’s greatest joy is attending her children’s activities and spending time with family. She shares her time as a regular volunteer at her children’s schools. Laurie is a Girl Scout leader, and a volleyball and basketball coach! She also enjoys boating and playing volleyball. Laurie is a Hawkeye at heart, but a KU fan by marriage! She and Brice are season ticket holders for KU basketball, football and volleyball, and attend games to cheer on the Jayhawks!
