Leah Raup is a 23+ year resident of the Main Line, first moving to the area in 2001 to attend Villanova Law School. After graduation, Leah worked as a real estate attorney for Morgan Lewis in Philadelphia where she handled complex commercial matters and residential transactions for high net worth clients. Leah helps clients buy and sell real estate along the Main Line and surrounding areas.
Leah and her husband Nick personally hold real estate investments including a short term vacation rental business in Ocean City, New Jersey. They live in Wayne and their three children attend the Tredyffrin-Easttown School District. Leah volunteers extensively with middle and high school aged youth, both in the school district and at her church in Wayne.
Leah's role as a comprehensive real estate advisor includes guiding clients through the entire decision making process, from preparing the home for sale and staging, to advising on interior design choices and paint color selections. To support her clients' needs, Leah's family also owns a residential and commercial painting company named Monarch Main Line Painting.
