Leah Rubin | Global Real Estate Advisor

With an exceptional 28-year career in New York City real estate, Leah Rubin has brokered over $200 million in residential and commercial sales and leases. As a global real estate advisor, Leah works with high-profile clients from across the world, including major development firms like Extell Development, Silverstein Properties, The Durst Organization, and SL Green. She has also built a strong international client base, with notable transactions involving clients from China, Saudi Arabia, and Israel.

Leah specializes in both luxury residential and commercial real estate, with a particular focus on Manhattan, Hudson Valley (including Monsey), Miami, and Jerusalem. Recent standout deals include residential sales at the iconic MoMA Tower, office condo sales at the International Gem Tower (50 West 47th Street), and the lease of 12,000 square feet of office space at 529 Fifth Avenue. Additionally, she facilitated the sale of the building at 238 Madison Avenue.

Leah’s passion for real estate began early, inspired by her grandfather’s work in transforming industrial properties into office buildings in her native Montreal. A New York City resident for over 30 years, she is well-versed in the city’s most sought-after neighborhoods, including the Upper West Side, where she has brokered deals at prestigious addresses like 590 West End Avenue and 180 Riverside Drive. Leah also has extensive experience in Midtown Manhattan, having successfully handled luxury residential and commercial condos in iconic developments such as Baccarat 53W53, The MoMA Tower, and the International Gem Tower.

Known for her personable, client-focused approach and unmatched market knowledge, Leah is dedicated to helping her clients make informed, successful real estate decisions, whether they are local or international.

Leah holds a degree in finance from Touro College and a commercial real estate degree from NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate. She is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and the National Association of Realtors, and is fluent in Hebrew.
