Leah Shahmiri has always been a natural connector with an intuitive sense of people and place. This drew her to real estate, where she began with a boutique firm in Los Angeles before joining the Henson Soule Perry Team in Brooklyn. Her “way” is to keep it simple, letting her quiet tenacity speak for itself. To clients, she’s an ear, a resource, and an advocate from the very first meeting, setting the stage for a streamlined, thorough, and proactive transaction process. Originally from Providence, Rhode Island, she grew up among her family’s 60+ year old business that thrives on new and decades-long relationships; the imperative to provide above-and-beyond customer service is ingrained.

Leah has had the pleasure of working with first time buyers, renters, landlords, and experienced investors. Having assisted top-producing agents in LA and NY, she has touched hundreds of deals in their entirety. She brings a unique and vibrant perspective to real estate as a younger agent, and is partnered with Henson Soule Perry’s deeply talented and entrenched brokers.

Formerly, Leah was a project coordinator at a high-end commercial furniture dealer in Manhattan. She is tapped into design, music, and all that's creative. Those in her orbit tend to seek Leah's distinct point of view on matters aesthetic, practical, and experiential.
