Leanne Rand

As a former military kid who moved to a new home every 2 years while growing up, Leanne is thrilled to have planted roots in her community of Arlington, where she has lived for over 35 years. Her path to becoming a Real Estate agent was born out of a desire to have a career that would allow her to be at home with her 4 children while they were growing up. She became an active participant in the community, logging a multitude of volunteer hours and holding various leadership positions along the way, all while building a thriving business in Real Estate. In the beginning, Leanne held a large portfolio of rental properties and was actively involved in purchasing distressed properties and rehabbing and reselling those properties. From those business endeavors, it was a natural progression into becoming a Real Estate agent.

Leanne’s formal education is in the financial field. She has a master’s degree in accounting and worked as a CPA for many years before making the decision to leave the workforce after she became a mom. The combination of an analytical mind combined with a refined sense of design and style have proved invaluable in her Real Estate career.

Leanne’s 4 children are now all grown and living out of state, which provides her many reasons to travel and experience adventures in different parts of the country. The arrival of a granddaughter in 2022 and a grandson in 2025, remains one of the highlights of her life and time spent with them is treasured.
