★★★★★
"Lee is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. She is incredibly professional, savvy, has superb judgment and is an all around friendly person. I trust her completely. The transaction was not an easy one - she used strong negotiating skills and was very creative to help get the deal done. She works in a no pressure way and give honest, sound advice. I highly recommend Lee."

★★★★★
"Lee came highly recommended by a well respected colleague and friend. With Lee's professional and timely assistance, local knowledge, friendly and personable demeanor and unparalleled responsiveness we were able to purchase a home on the opposite side of the country during the SARS-CoV2 pandemic. Lee knew the questions to ask us to efficiently learn our wishes and budget and align them with the tight housing market in DC; she prepared a short list of properties to see during the only children-free half day we had available during a brief layover; she embraced the uncertainty of our decision to move (caught up as it was in COVID-related hiring delays etc) and stayed in touch; and shepherded us through the details of offers, inspections, communication with the current owners -- including negotiation of a rent-back agreement -- and walk-throughs (which she did herself, taking us through on FaceTime)... all with a friendly smile. In short, Lee brought sanity, calm and predictability to a process that in the best of times can create stress and during a cross-country-COVID purchase ("c-cubed move?") could have been oh-some-much-more-horrible. Thank you Lee!"

"Lee was a pleasure to deal with from the moment we met her until follow up beyond the closing. She listened to and understood exactly the type of home we were looking for. With her knowledge of DC's competitive marketplace, she tactfully and expertly guided us to make an accurately competitive offer to beat out other offers. While our buying situation was quite typical, there were was a minor bump here and there along the way, but Lee seamlessly involved the proper professionals and the seller’s agent. Everything was good and well, and we were fully prepared to go to closing. Although we do not plan on moving again anytime soon, we highly recommend Lee to anyone looking for a new home in the DC area."

★★★★★
"I cannot imagine anyone else helping us through the process of finding and buying our home. Every step of the way Lee went out of her way to be thoughtful, conscientious and warm. She has incredible knowledge of the market and homes, which made her input as we weighed options invaluable."
