About Lee
Lee Cao puts relationships at the center of his work. He’s passionate about connecting with people, understanding their goals, and advocating for their needs with clarity and integrity. For Lee, real estate is built on trust, communication, and helping clients move forward with confidence.
Before entering real estate, he spent over 15 years in design, managing a global team and leading cross-cultural projects.
Originally from Vancouver, BC, Lee moved to the Bay Area to start a family. He co-created the popular children's books, Love to Sing Vietnamese and Love to Sing Cantonese, helping families to pass on their heritage language to the next generation.
