Lee was an outstanding agent who went above and beyond to ensure that my property was sold for the best possible price. She led the entire process, from prepping the property to showings to offer negotiations and closing the deal. She had tremendous knowledge of the regional market and knew the best way to advertise and price appropriately. She was in touch with me (a remote seller) continuously about all the details of the process and made sure I knew everything that was going on during each stage in the process. She was invaluable to me as a first time home-seller, and I could not have asked for a better agent. I recommend her wholeheartedly!

A Wonderful Experience Working with Lee Cloutier!
We recently sold our townhouse in Falmouth, and Lee was the listing realtor. She worked tirelessly to advise us on matters such as listing price, strategies, planning an open house, advertising in the newspaper and placing signs at the property. She kept in close touch with us throughout the whole process by phone, text and email. She guided us in the negotiations when an offer was made. We sold the townhouse in less than three weeks, and we are very pleased with the outcome. I would recommend Lee to anyone interested in a professional and knowledgeable realtor. In fact, I have already recommended her to someone.
