Darlene Gillespy began her Atlanta journey in 1992, working in the hospitality industry with Marriott Hotels before launching her own company, Atlanta Wildflowers, a boutique florist that became a million-dollar success story and was later sold to Blockbuster. Her entrepreneurial drive, creativity, and focus on client experience naturally evolved into a thriving real estate career, where she continues to blend business acumen with a genuine passion for people.

Lee Gillespy, originally from Birmingham, moved to Atlanta in 1996 after the Summer Olympics. His early career identifying tower sites for major telecom companies ignited a lasting passion for real estate and development. Licensed since 2001 and a broker since 2016, Lee offers a strategic, analytical approach that helps clients maximize their real estate investments while navigating each step of the process with confidence.

Beyond real estate, the Gillespys enjoy traveling with their daughter, Shawn, a recent graduate of the University of Georgia. Their family includes three beloved rescue pets — Lexi, their border collie, and two cats, Leo and Lizzie. When not serving clients, Lee and Darlene love snow skiing and spending time at Hilton Head Island, where they relax, recharge, and reconnect with family.
