Leigh Amigo brings eight years of real estate experience to her role as Co-Principal of The Foundry Group at Compass, serving buyers and sellers across the Pinehurst, Southern Pines, and greater Moore County market. Before real estate, Leigh built a career in relationship sales in New York City, developing the client-first instincts and high-touch service approach that continue to define how she works today. Leigh has built a practice grounded in direct communication, relentless follow-through, and a genuine emotional investment in every client's outcome — she treats each sale as if it were her own. Leigh is married to a retired Lieutenant Colonel, and as a military spouse she understands firsthand the demands of relocation, timing, and logistics that come with military and non-military moves alike — an experience that shapes the way she serves clients navigating their own transitions. Outside of work, Leigh is a mom to three school-age children, and a fierce supporter of youth sports and local schools throughout the area. She stays active with regular workouts and loves to travel, always looking forward to the next trip.
