No delays because someone was sick or someone was on vacation. There was always someone available. And as with any real estate transactions, there were plenty of issues. An appraiser needed to get into the home we were buying but the seller's agent had removed the lockbox and gone on vacation! No problem! Leigh Ann jumped through hoops to get permission from the seller to hire a locksmith and get access to the house. We got to closing and the title was encumbered and the sellers were uncooperative to remedy. It took a few extra days but this team of can-do, magic workers got it resolved. We've bought and sold a lot of real estate. I can say without exception that this team was the best...pleasant, responsive and professional in every way. I highly recommend!
