Leigh Bokser

Leigh is a real estate agent with the Upstate Curious Team who brings warmth, insight, and a deep love for the Catskills to every client interaction. She purchased her own home in Cairo, Greene County with her family in 2017, after years of escaping the city for long weekends from Brooklyn. Each trip made it harder to leave — and in 2020, she made the transition from weekender to full-time resident and launched her real estate career.

Having lived in NYC for nearly 20 years and experienced the buying process firsthand, Leigh understands the needs and expectations of today’s buyers — especially those making the move from the city to upstate. She’s known for her calm, communicative style and her ability to guide clients through what can be an emotional and complex journey.

For sellers, Leigh brings a keen eye for presentation, a strategic approach to marketing, and a strong sense of what today’s buyers are looking for. Her background in event production makes her uniquely equipped to manage details, timelines, and the fast-moving parts of a sale with confidence and grace.

Outside of real estate, Leigh enjoys exploring all of what the Catskills and Hudson Valley has to offer - discovering new restaurants/breweries, taking long scenic drives, finding a swimming hole or creek, and soaking in the beauty of the mountains and waterways. She's also a proud dog mom to Cocoa, Ginger, and Joey — her constant companions on upstate adventures.
