Leigh Hinton

Originally from London, England, Leigh Hinton has called Melbourne home for over 25 years. After years in a demanding career that kept him away from his daughter more than he liked, Leigh made a change, driven by the desire to be present, build something lasting, and help others do the same. Real estate offered that path.
 
Now with 9 years of experience and a focus on both residential and commercial properties, Leigh is known for his calm approach, deep market knowledge, and sharp negotiation skills. He prides himself on finding common ground and crafting win-win deals that protect his clients’ interests without compromising professionalism or respect. Many of his earliest clients have come back again—and some have become close friends along the way.
 
Leigh earned his Bachelor’s degree in Meteorology from the Florida Institute of Technology and is currently working toward his CCIM designation. He embraces the power of technology, especially AI, as a tool to better price properties, create smarter marketing strategies, and keep transactions on track.
 
Outside of real estate, Leigh runs a local seafood market with his partner, volunteers on his daughter’s school advisory board, and is an active member of the Shriners. He regularly attends City Council meetings and hopes to serve on the Council in the future. You’ll also find him fishing, cooking, catching a movie, or cheering on Arsenal, England, and his daughter’s soccer team.
