Leila Hawk

My story and work ethic are deeply rooted in family. I come from a background where success was never handed to you—it was earned through hard work, discipline, and determination. Real estate was not passed down to me, but it quickly became something I felt passionate about. Coming from a family that has never owned real estate gave me even more motivation to pursue this incredible industry. That foundation is what motivates me to make real estate my full-time career and to build a business that serves people.

I was born and raised in Arizona. Growing up in North Phoenix and now residing in the West Valley, I’ve truly experienced everything this incredible state has to offer. I was fortunate to grow up in a family that valued time together—whether that meant attending football games, traveling out of town to camp, or simply finding fun local activities to enjoy. Some of my favorite memories were spent during the hot summer months out by Arizona’s beautiful lakes.

What I love most about Arizona is the endless lifestyle it provides. From lake days in the summer, to snow just a couple of hours away, to the countless mountains and trails perfect for hiking—there’s always something to explore, especially if you enjoy the outdoors as much as I do. 

Growing in the real estate industry feels more powerful when you truly love the area you’re helping others navigate with confidence. While buying and selling is one of the biggest investments in some people's lives, it's also deeply personal. In this life, I have learned there is nothing more important than relationships. I strive to incorporate that mindset into my business.
