Leslie Davidson

Leslie Davidson is a seasoned agent who began her real estate career in New York City and now serves the Reno and North Lake Tahoe regions. Leslie has experience transacting across a range of property types including co-ops, condos, townhouses, and new development. With Stribling Marketing Associates, she was a member of the sales team for two new development projects in downtown Manhattan. Her latest new development project, Glenhaven, is a boutique luxury community in prime South Reno. 

Leslie is deeply committed to serving her clients, from first-time buyers and market newcomers to experienced investors, C-suite executives, and celebrities. Her clients are drawn not only to her honesty, integrity, and discretion, but also her elevated and creative approach to marketing that consistently delivers results in all segments of the market.

With a family history in real estate, Leslie has always had an interest in design and architecture.  Her experience working with an international luxury interior design firm serving clients in France, Russia, Singapore, and across the US, allowed her to develop first-hand practical knowledge of new construction, renovations, and custom interiors.  Whether it’s advising an owner who is preparing to sell, or a buyer considering a new purchase, Leslie thrives during the creative process of transforming spaces to suit a client’s needs.

Leslie grew up in New York’s Hudson Valley and graduated with a double major in International Business and French from Georgetown University. She is based out of Compass’s Incline Village, NV office and remains au courant in the New York City market as a member of the Cashman Marketing Group.  She is currently renovating her home in Reno and enjoys travel, cooking, and volunteering in her free time.
