On the Market in New York City
With a family history in home-building and real estate development, Leslie caught the bug early. Shortly after graduating from Georgetown University, she bought, renovated, and sold her first investment property. From there, she worked as part of her family's firm, gaining exposure to commercial development and establishing her own boutique residential sales practice in New York City.
Leslie's truly unique touch: Four years working with an international luxury interior design firm. Serving clients in France, Russia, Singapore, and across the US, she developed hands-on experience in renovations and custom interiors. This complementary practical knowledge allows Leslie to guide her real estate clients in seeing the floor-to-ceiling potential in every property.
When she isn't rooting for the Hoyas in a sports bar downtown, Leslie may be found uptown in a new French brasserie. She is looking forward to adopting her first dog and treating it like a person.
Castello di Reschio Estate, Umbria
Properties for Purchase or Rent
On the cusp of Tuscany and the Umbrian Hills, the Castello Di Reschio Estate is a very private 3700-acre family run nature sanctuary dominated by a medieval Castle and offering 17th century farmhouses for purchase and for rent. Of 50 total farmhouses, 25 have been exquisitely restored, each with its unique style and character. Each of the 25 remaining ruins may be purchased and restored in collaboration with designer, architect, and owner of the Estate, Count Benedikt Bolza, and his team of superior craftsmen.
Currently, there is a limited selection of fully restored farmhouses for purchase and for rent. The luxury, style, and standards of each Reschio home simply cannot be compared to local offerings. Each home offers bespoke design and construction, lush landscaped gardens with Mediterranean plantings and trees, sweeping views, 24/7 world class service, as well as an exceptional level of privacy and security. Respectful of the natural beauty of the estate, eco-friendly construction materials, design, landscaping as well as food and wine production are integral to the Reschio ethos of living in harmony with the environment.
