Leslie Dopp-Manzone

Leslie Manzone is a lifelong Napa and Contra Costa County resident with an encyclopedic knowledge of the Napa Valley and East Bay regions. An award-winning, top-producing REALTOR® with over 33 years in the business, Leslie is locally known and internationally connected. She specializes in all areas of residential and commercial real estate, representing clients throughout the East Bay, Northern California, and beyond.

A Napa, California native, Leslie studied law, interior design, and architecture in Napa and Contra Costa. Her early experiences living in Veracruz, Mexico deepened her appreciation for culture and language, and her fluency in Spanish continues to enhance her ability to connect with and advocate for a diverse range of clients.

Deeply dedicated to advancing the real estate profession, Leslie has devoted over 25 years of service as a Director for the Local, State, and National Associations of REALTORS®. She currently serves as a California Association of REALTORS® (C.A.R.) Director, the 2026 C.A.R. Regional Representative for Region 5, and a C.A.R. Professional Standards Ambassador. Nationally, Leslie was recently appointed as a 2026 National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Director, proudly representing REALTORS® across the United States.

Leslie also serves as the NAR Federal Political Coordinator (FPC) for Congressman Mark DeSaulnier, and as the C.A.R. State Political Coordinator (SPC) for Assemblywoman Rebecca Bauer-Kahan and Assemblywoman Anamarie Avila Farias, advocating for housing policy, fair housing, and property rights on behalf of REALTORS® and homeowners.

Her commitment to advocacy and excellence has earned Leslie numerous accolades, including being twice honored as REALTOR® of the Year—in 2004 and 2018—by both the West Contra Costa Association of REALTORS® and the Contra Costa Association of REALTORS®, and serving as President of the West Contra Costa Association in 2006. She is also a proud member of the NAR President’s Circle Hall of Fame, recognizing her leadership and dedication to protecting homeownership and strengthening the real estate industry nationwide.
