Born and raised in Gulf Breeze, Florida, Leslie Evans has always had a deep connection to the Emerald Coast. After spending a decade in Atlanta, she and her husband, Zane, felt the pull of the Gulfā€™s sugar-white sands and emerald waters, leading them to return home in 2024.

As the Director of Operations for The Kendall Hood Collection, Leslie plays a vital role in streamlining processes, optimizing client experiences, and ensuring the team operates at the highest level. With over a decade of experience in real estate and leading top-performing teams, she seamlessly blends her operational expertise with her passion for helping clients achieve their goals.
