She did really well getting back to us quickly about houses that we were interested in renting, if she didn't know the answer to a question she admitted it and told us she would get back to us, then got back to us as soon as she could. As this was our first time, she did well explaining the process to us and was helpful in the process. Once she had an understanding of what we were looking for, she did really well directing our next time out toward houses that were good matches.
