Leslie McCauley

I attribute much of my success in real estate to two major things: one, the invaluable experience I gained hunting up great deals and listing exclusive properties for my husband's development company. And, two: gleaning expertise in the business working alongside associates with decades of experience in real estate on the Westside of L.A. after joining the elite team of Pence Hathorn Silver at Compass.

My goal is to give excellent personal service to all my clients. Attention to detail and terrific people skills allow me to effectively negotiate the intricacies of each real estate transaction. Originally from the East Coast, I have always been a westerner at heart. After earning my B.A. in Art History from Hobart and William Smith Colleges in up state New York, I worked at Sotheby's in New York. Then moved west to Sun Valley, Idaho where I bought and sold my first investment properties.

I now love living in wonderfully eclectic Venice Beach with my husband and two daughters, Nikita and Sasha. I have always been very supportive of my girls' schools and have spent countless hours volunteering time and talent creating magical school festivals, holiday celebrations, and successful fundraisers.
