With over 25 years of experience in personal real estate investments, sales, marketing, and finance, Leslie Rae Bega brings a dedication to quality service, integrity, knowledge and experience to her clients. Her skills include effective marketing strategies, proactive communication skills, strategic listing process, luxury and neighborhood specialization and leveraging her sharp negotiation skills to name a few.

A real estate investor herself, she has bought and sold her own properties in Los Angeles, Hong Kong, Thailand, and Sydney, Australia. Her fortès include preparing marketing and media plans for her clients as well as finding and structuring development ideas into viable profitable investment opportunities.

Born in Los Angeles and raised bi-coastally between L.A. and New York, Leslie holds a BA from the University of Southern California as a Cinema major and Drama minor, later returning to study at the University’s Marshall School of Business. Previous to her real estate career, she was in the television entertainment industry, working in front of the camera with all the major studios and behind the camera as a writer. She went on to work in architecture and design with the Australian-based company Finlandia International and then worked lending with a finance company in Beverly Hills.

Having closed hundreds of transactions representing over $100,000,000 in activity over the past two decades, Leslie has maintained close relationships with other luxury real estate agents and homeowners throughout Los Angeles. These connections keep her and the brokerage aware of off-market homes before they are listed in the general marketplace and allow us to know when homeowners are thinking about selling their home. This gives our buyers an early advantage over their peers.
