About Leslie
As a Peninsula native, and a fourth generation Californian, Leslie understands the myriad of reasons to live in the Silicon Valley/Peninsula: it’s unparalleled weather, special topography, innovative mindsets, culture and diversity, and of course the plethora of work opportunities. Leslie went to Crocker School and Crystal Springs Uplands School, and graduated from UCLA with a BA in Political Science and a minor in Business. Upon graduation, she entered the tech industry with a sales position at IBM, and then pivoted into residential real estate years ago. After a hiatus as a stay-at-home mom, with a side track of college counseling, Leslie is back full swing into doing what she loves. Leslie began her re-entry into real estate as a Strategic Growth Manager for Compass; recruiting the top Bay Area agents to Compass. Her in-depth knowledge of the unique Compass offerings, programs and technology will surely benefit her clients.

Leslie has developed a keen aptitude for real estate stemming from her sincere interest, knowledge and experience in the industry. Leslie understands what it is like to stand in her client’s shoes. Having been raised in Hillsborough and now bought and remodeled three homes in Hillsborough, Leslie has developed a sensitivity towards her client’s journey, which can be attributed to the perspectives she gained through her personal experiences. Her clever views, plentitude of specialized and value driven contractors and vendors, and her sense of ‘big picture,’ helps create a seamless and enjoyable transaction. Buying a house on the Peninsula is an investment and usually must be treated as such. Selling a house on the peninsula is also a business opportunity. She has navigated two children through the Hillsborough schools: South and Crocker, and others including the Nueva School, Crystal Springs Uplands School and the Berkshire School in Ma. Leslie is a wealth of knowledge. People view Leslie as trustworthy, energetic, savvy, and well-connected. She has served on and has chaired development committees and several extra- curricular committees; and has gained a full understanding of the diverse needs of families in the community.

Representing mid-Peninsula homeowners and future homeowners specializing in the towns of Hillsborough, San Mateo and Burlingame, Leslie’s creative, insightful and caring nature is perfect for matching each client’s desires, as well as skillfully featuring a home’s unique presence and character. She always goes the extra mile and is that 110% kind of person. Her contacts and life-long residence here leverages her enthusiasm and exposure, enhancing her client dedication. In addition to her obsession with all things real estate, Leslie loves to travel, ski, read, walk her dogs, hike, do yoga, and host family gatherings. She and her husband Jay reside in her hometown of Hillsborough, and are devoted parents to two awesome kids who are in college.

My intimate knowledge of this region, and my experiences of having lived here all my life, give me enthusiasm and desire to make my home, your home.
