Although Letha first launched her career doing marketing for architectural firms, it was only a matter of time before her inherent love of houses and helping people drew her to real estate. Letha, who had an unfavorable first home buying encounter herself, instantly found purpose in real estate by lending a voice to marginalized people and ensuring every client is treated with the respect they deserve.

Today, Letha is known throughout the Greater Boston area as an efficient, thoughtful, and compassionate agent who always puts the needs of her clients first. Because of Letha’s architectural background, she is well-versed in the architectural space, and continually leverages this knowledge to help her clients navigate new construction projects of all shapes and sizes. Letha’s also earned GREEN and Certified Buyer Representative designations, further empowering her to guide clients with exclusive expertise and insight. A current resident of Walter Gropius’ TAC neighborhood of Five Fields, Letha specializes in mid-century modern houses, although she partners with clients in all price points and with every style preference or goal. 

When she’s not working for her clients, Letha is passionate about giving back to the community she calls home. At present day, she’s on her neighborhood’s board and serves as an elected member of Lexington’s Town Meeting. She’s also a member of the Metro East Medical Reserve Corps and the Association of Black Citizens of Lexington (ABCL)—to name just a few. In her spare time, you can find Letha growing tomatoes from home and spending time with her three daughters, Zoȅ, Lyra, and Vala.
