Lex Haidemanos

Alexia (Lex) Haidemanos has built her career entirely in real estate, bringing nearly a decade of experience spanning residential sales, property management, real estate investments, and hospitality. Since relocating to Chicago from Milwaukee, she has developed an in-depth understanding of the city's dynamic housing market, helping clients confidently navigate one of the country's most competitive rental and residential landscapes.  

Lex joined Smart City Realty in 2023, where she quickly established herself as one of the company's top-producing agents. In 2025, she ranked among the Top 4 agents company-wide and earned the distinction of #1 producing agent in March 2025. Since February 2024, she has successfully represented more than 170 clients, building her business through referrals, market expertise, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience. 

Before transitioning into residential brokerage, Lex’s experience included residential property management, capital markets, and real estate investment operations. She managed luxury multifamily communities, maintained high occupancy across residential and commercial portfolios, and worked alongside investment professionals coordinating investor relations, fund administration, and real estate acquisitions. These experiences gave her a well-rounded perspective on every stage of the real estate lifecycle—from ownership and operations to investment strategy and client representation. In 2018, Lex founded HOSTpitality, a boutique short-term rental management and hospitality company that she continues to own and operate today. Through HOSTpitality, she has built strategic partnerships with property owners, managed short-term rental portfolios, developed revenue optimization strategies, and created memorable guest experiences. HOSTpitality has earned Superhost every year since inception. Her entrepreneurial background has strengthened her business acumen and deepened her understanding of investment real estate.
