Lex Israel

A resident of Miami, Lex Israel was born in Iowa and graduated from the University of Iowa with a BA in Psychology. After a successful career as a retail operations executive in Miami and New York, Lex now leverages his extensive network of contacts as a real estate advisor with Compass Florida.

Lex focuses on understanding his clients to ensure the perfect match between client, neighborhood, and property. Through his experience as a real estate investor, buying and selling multiple homes and completing numerous renovation projects, Lex has developed a keen eye for detail and design, which his clients appreciate.

As a father, Lex is knowledgeable about local schools, youth activities, and family-friendly places. As an avid runner and training group leader, Lex has helped hundreds of new runners complete the Miami Marathon. Speaking of his volunteer trainer experience, Lex says, “While teaching someone to run a marathon is rewarding, the number of lifelong friends I’ve gained has been equally rewarding.”

Lex is a part-time resident of Vieques, Puerto Rico, and proudly supports the LGBTQ community there. He serves on the board of AVENTURA, an annual island-wide event focused on Inclusion, Education, Community, and Business.
