Lexi Duerst

Originally from the Los Angeles area, Lexi is a fun laid back California girl with a lot of heart and a tremendous passion for success. She was born with the sales gene in her blood, with her first job selling ice cream on the beach. Her negotiation skills also began at a very young age, by often talking her way out of eating her vegetables ;) Lexi fell in love with Arizona when she attended Arizona State University with a B.A. in Human Communication. She enjoyed learning about the psychology of how people work, which aids her in her understanding of people today. She uses this knowledge to interact with clients on more than just business level, but on a personal level. Being a millenial, Lexi is a social media expert by having been being spoon feed technology from birth. When she met her business partner Briette, the two of them teamed up for an unstoppable and powerful ying-yang partnership. Two heads are always better than one. Together, they are way ahead of the game with innovation and creative ways of thinking outside the box. They know the valley like the back of their hand and go above and beyond to provide their clients with Four Seasons style service.
