Lexi Newman

A fourth-generation Los Angeleno, Lexi graduated cum laude from Yale University with a degree in English literature. She spent several years touring the world as a professional singer before developing an interest in the overlap between art and business. In 2012, she bought her first property, and fell in love with the real estate process and the freedom that owning property could bring to friends and soon-to-be-friends looking to plant roots in Los Angeles. 

The rest is history: Lexi is proud to have been named the top producing agent at her Compass branch in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022 - five years straight. She and her team have sold over $250,000,000 of real estate since she established herself as a full-time agent. She's repeatedly earned the distinction of "Real Estate All Star" by Los Angeles Magazine and one of "America's Best" by RealTrends (given to the top 1.5% of agents nationwide). Her listings have broken sales records and have appeared in publications like the New York Times and Domino Magazine. She's even sold a Los Angeles Cultural Historic Landmark! At the same time, she has maintained a perfect 5-star client review rating - she and her team have a genuine obsession with client satisfaction and believe that the real estate process can be both fun and fulfilling.
