As both a licensed real estate broker and trust attorney, Lexie Brew brings exceptional skills and
experience to her clients, for which she’s earned a stellar reputation in the industry. A top
producer with an expansive network, nearly all of her business comes from repeat or referral
business. Clients value Lexie’s energetic work ethic, thorough knowledge of the marketplace,
and wise counsel.
Having grown up in a real estate family in Santa Monica, Lexie quickly grasps the needs of
home sellers and buyers on the Westside. She built her own family home in Pacific Palisades
and has remodeled and designed others. As a result, she has a close working relationship with
top local architects, developers and contractors, resources she happily shares with her clients.
A strong negotiator who represents her clients with tenacity and integrity, Lexie dedicates
herself to delivering results and ultimate satisfaction.
Lexie attended Marymount High School, and graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Georgetown University, where she
earned a Bachelor’s degree in Government. She received her J.D. degree at New York
University School of Law and is an active member of the California State Bar.
