Upon moving to Austin, she joined Concierge Auctions where she honed her expertise in luxury real estate auctions. At Compass, her ascendency in the city’s luxury market has been swift, from $4.5MM in year-one transactions to $25MM in 2021. Libby’s agility shines when collaborating off-market with developers and clients on custom builds, uncovering a unicorn property in the challenging single-family home market, or helping clients traverse the complexities of purchasing a luxury downtown condo.
