While she works with clients of all ages, Liliana has a deep passion for supporting seniors. With a career rooted in senior advocacy since 2004, she has developed extensive expertise in the Senior and Health Care Industry. Her experience includes leadership roles such as Residential Care Facility Administrator and Marketing Director for Continuing Care Retirement Communities, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. As the co-founder of Aging Consulting Services, LLC, she has helped countless older adults find retirement communities suited to their needs. She further strengthened her skills as a Community Relations Manager and Dementia Care Specialist for the Alzheimer’s Association of Northern California and Northern Nevada, where she provided invaluable guidance to families navigating complex care decisions.
