Lillian Roberts

Lillian Roberts brings over a decade of real estate leasing experience, having built a thriving leasing department from the ground up for a local real estate development company—all without prior experience in the field. Her journey is a testament to resilience, a passion for uplifting others, and an unwavering commitment to empowering her community. 

Originally from Queens, NY, Lillian moved to Philadelphia in 2008 and later pursued her dream of higher education. She earned an Associate Degree in Construction Project Management from the Community College of Philadelphia and went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Building and Construction Studies from Thomas Jefferson University in 2023. Currently, she is pursuing a Master’s in Organizational Leadership, further reflecting her dedication to honing her leadership skills and inspiring others to achieve their goals in real estate and beyond.  

With a unique combination of professional expertise, personal perseverance, and a genuine love for connecting with people, Lillian is devoted to creating opportunities and helping others find stability and success. Her story continues to inspire those around her to aim higher and dream bigger.
