Lillian Wang

Born in Costa Rica, raised in Torrance, and finishing junior & high school in Taiwan has allowed Lillian to grow up internationally to speak English & Mandarin Chinese natively, and pick up a bit of Spanish & Japanese for fun. Her background, cultural sensitivity as well as language capabilities allows Lillian to relate to residents locally, as well as specialize in helping individuals who want to buy, sell and/or invest in real estate around the world.

Leveraging her 20+ years of experience as marketing executive in the consumer product industry,  licensed as a REALTOR in 2018, Lillian quickly rose to be the top 5% sales of her Keller Williams brokerage by 2020, ranked #1 sales and top 10 agents at her brokerage for 2021, and achieved top sales in 2022 despite giving birth to a baby girl at the beginning of the year.  Joining the Compass Team in 2023, Lillian is now amongst the best of the best in the industry, with cutting edge technology to better service her buyers, sellers and investors, evident in her successful 2024 year.

Lillian previously served on the Global Committee of the South Bay Association Board of Realtors, previously a Certified International Property Specialist, and is the head of the Facebook Group South Bay Mamas 40+ group in South Bay.  Lillian and her husband Gary reside in Torrance CA, with their little girl who turned 3 years old in Feb 2025, making frequent trips to Hacienda Heights, where Gary’s family resides.  They are locals through and through, being season pass holders of Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, and the Long Beach aquarium.  They love to explore the city together through their love of food and fun.
