I never planned on becoming a Realtor.
In 2018, I got my real estate license because I wanted to learn how to build wealth through real estate investing. Becoming an agent wasn’t part of the plan.
What surprised me wasn’t the homes—it was how much I enjoyed the strategy behind every transaction, and getting to know people and their stories in the process. Pricing, marketing, negotiations, problem-solving, and helping people make smart financial decisions quickly became what I loved most.
Before real estate, I spent more than 20 years leading marketing for global consumer brands. Those years taught me how to think strategically, negotiate effectively, solve complex problems, and understand people. Today, those same skills help my clients navigate one of the biggest financial decisions they’ll ever make.
Technology has made it easier than ever to search for homes. Between Zillow, Redfin, AI, and countless real estate apps, most buyers can find listings on their own.
My role is different.
I help clients understand the market, evaluate opportunities, uncover potential risks, negotiate strategically, and make decisions they’ll feel confident about years from now. Sometimes that means helping them write a winning offer. Sometimes it means advising them to walk away.
I’d rather lose a transaction than help someone make a decision they’ll regret.
Born in Costa Rica, raised in Torrance, and spending my junior high and high school years in Taiwan, I’ve had the privilege of growing up between cultures. I speak English and Mandarin fluently and enjoy learning Spanish, Korean, and Japanese. That perspective allows me to connect with clients from many backgrounds, whether they’re buying their first home, relocating, investing, or preparing to sell.
Outside of work, you'll usually find me with my partner Gary and our daughter Charlie exploring a South Bay restaurant, connecting with fellow Mommy friends and families, in the neighborhood or hosting a backyard BBQ with a bouncy house for the neighborhood kids. Apparently, we've mistaken "quiet weekends" for "let's invite everyone over," and we wouldn't have it any other way.
Becoming a mom changed how I think about home.
Every person and every family has a different reason for making a move. My job is to understand your “why,” protect your interests, and help you make a decision that’s right for your future.
