That means sharing off-market opportunities you may not have access to, asking better questions, identifying issues before they become expensive surprises, building strong relationships with other agents, creating thoughtful marketing strategies, negotiating fiercely, and sometimes telling clients exactly what they don’t want to hear.

I’d rather lose a sale than help someone make the wrong decision.  

And agents who haven’t mastered communication?  Forget about it.

Born in Costa Rica, raised in Torrance, and spending my junior high and high school years in Taiwan, I grew up between cultures, and that’s still a huge part of who I am today. I speak English and Mandarin fluently and enjoy learning Spanish, Korean, and Japanese. That perspective helps me connect with people from all walks of life, whether they’re buying their first home in the South Bay, relocating, or investing internationally.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me with my partner Gary and our daughter Charlotte, also known as Charlie, exploring another South Bay restaurant, planning our next Disneyland day, or hosting a backyard BBQ complete with a bouncy house for the neighborhood kids. Apparently, we've mistaken "quiet weekends" for "let's invite everyone over."  We wouldn't have it any other way.

Becoming a mom changed the way I think about home.  Every person and every family has a different “why.”  A new job. Better schools. More space. Less space. Less traffic. A shorter commute. Being closer to family. A fresh start.

My job is to understand your “why,” protect it, and help you make a decision you’ll still feel good about years from now.
