Lily Harfouche

                                                             

Lily was born in New York and later moved with her family to Malibu, California. Her parents and family friends were all in the entertainment industry and at a very young age, she was able to consider herself bi-coastal. She attended and graduated from Crossroads high school, and Sarah Lawrence College.

Lily's stellar roster of professional and social contacts are a true to her clients. She over the past two decades has consistently ranked in the Top One percent of agents worldwide. Her accolades include the Hollywood Reporters coveted Power Broker award, Wall Street Journal Top 100, and Los Angeles Business Journals Women Power Brokers. 

 She is conscientious, meticulous, and superbly adept at reading her clients, all the while moving at a pace that is comfortable for them. She is a born negotiator, and fiercely loyal. Malibu has been Lily's home since she was a teenager. She and her husband, Strider, a professional big-wave surfer and commentator for the World Surf League have happily remained to her family and continue to live in Malibu today.

Lily is extremely knowledgable about all aspects of Malibu; the neighborhoods, schools, restaurants, vendors, and of course beaches and surf spots. She has built her own home, operated and run her own apartment building, and bought and sold a number of other homes. She is an honorable, devoted, and extremely hard worker. She strives to create life long relationships with her real estate clients, and her actions clearly demonstrate her goal.
