Lily Harfouche

Lily was born in New York and later moved with her family to Malibu, California. Her parents and family friends were all in the entertainment industry and at a very young age, she was able to consider herself bi-coastal. She attended and graduated from Crossroads high school, and Sarah Lawrence College.

Lily's stellar roster of professional and social contacts are a true to her clients. She is conscientious, meticulous, and superbly adept at reading her clients, all the while moving at a pace that is comfortable for them. She is a born negotiator, fiercely loyal and enjoys the diplomacy involved with being a Realtor®. Malibu has been Lily's home since she was a teenager. She and her husband, Strider, a professional big-wave surfer and commentator for the World Surf League have happily remained to her family and continue to live in Malibu today.

Lily is extremely knowledgable about all aspects of Malibu; the neighborhoods, schools, restaurants, vendors, and of course beaches and surf spots. She has built her own home, operated and run her own apartment building, and bought and sold a number of other homes. She is an honorable, devoted, and extremely hard worker. She strives to create life long relationships with her real estate clients, and her actions clearly demonstrate her goal. Whether representing buyers, or sellers, she has the utmost integrity and her priority is always her clients.
