"Linda was extremely helpful as my husband and I were looking to move from the suburbs of Philadelphia into center city. Deciding on what part of the city was equally as important as to finding the right place for us! We found Linda to be extremely helpful in this process as well as the patience needed for us to locate and then execute at the right time our new condo which we absolutely love!
We would highly recommend Linda!
"We have worked with Linda on a variety of real estate matters (from single family to commercial/buyer or seller/rental listings). She is a great agent and informative throughout the process. She thinks outside the box and is always honest in her opinions. She has a great knowledge of the Philly real estate/rental market and is a pleasure to work with."
You could say Linda's real estate experience started before she was even born — way back when her grandfather first came to this country. He saw an opportunity in real estate investment. That opportunity paid off as he ended up owning a large amount of property in the Graduate Hospital area — well before it became “the place to be.” Linda's dad continued in his footsteps as a developer who built strip shopping center throughout the region, usually with a chain grocery store as its anchor. So it’s no surprise that she was taught the art of property management, sales, and commercial and residential development and real estate at a very early age. When most kids were reading comic books, Linda was reading blueprints. And it wasn’t long before Linda realized that real estate wasn’t just in her future, it was in her blood. A veteran of more than 40 years in the real estate industry, Linda has proven success in sales, leasing, management, and development of retail, commercial and residential properties. She has expertise in all levels of the process including negotiation, financials, and community-specific details. She is proud that she is a third generation broker following in the footsteps of her grandfather and father.
Linda combines experience, professionalism, and in-depth market knowledge with creative thinking, strong negotiating skills and meticulous attention to detail to help her clients meet their goals and enjoy an exceptional real estate experience. Linda is a certified mediator with a Master’s Degree in counseling from Villanova University, and she brings those skills to every transaction. Her goal is to make the process of buying or selling your home effortless for you! She strives for excellence, always.
In 1988, Linda, her dad, and her brother an opened up their own real estate company in the Queen Village section of Philadelphia — one of the city’s oldest residential neighborhoods. They operated it successfully for twenty years. After deciding to pursue different paths for our careers, Linda still maintains a viable presence in the real estate market on the Main Line and Center City, Philadelphia with Compass RE. While Linda's first love is still helping people buy and sell homes, she has branched out to the development of her own townhomes, commercial real estate, rentals and management — carrying out the legacy her family started years ago.
Linda has walked every mile of Philadelphia's historic roads and classic luxury neighborhoods. A maverick of the industry, she boasts both three-decade-long built expertise of the area and passion for the stories behind the fabled homes of this proud city.
So whether you’re looking for your dream home, or determined to receive a market-appropriate price, as a specialist licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Linda brings the deep experience, stellar recommendations, exceptional negotiation skills, and follow-through to ensure you achieve your goal! She has several designations including: Broker Associate, GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute), Buyer Specialist and Luxury Living Specialist. Linda won’t rest until she finds the perfect property for every client — even if that means working around the clock.
When Linda is not helping people find their first or forever homes or building new developments, she enjoy spending time with my family — especially with her two young granddaughters. She also loves reading, skiing, playing tennis, golfing, doing volunteer hospice work and fundraising for the Children’s Hospital.
