We started working with Linda in July and exactly 4 months later had completed both the purchase of a new house and the sale (for top dollar!) of our old one. We couldn't have been more happy with the process for both transactions. Linda was knowledgeable, dedicated, helpful and friendly. She was responsive at all hours and never got irritated at our constant questions! She had amazing access to vendors to help fix up our old house for sale- all of whom worked quickly and professionally to get our house ready as fast as possible. She managed a lot of that work for us as well so we could focus on our move. She put together an amazing marketing plan that included maximum exposure and beautiful marketing collateral. She did such an amazing job she had our house sold (and closed) in 12 days! She was such a pleasure to work with and we will not hesitate to use her again and recommend her to our friends and family.

Linda is an amazing agent. Let me illustrate a comparison to help prove my point! I began my real estate journey with a different agent. He was my parent's friend-of-a-friend. He would send me listings of properties that I had already visited during open houses the previous Sunday. After a few months, we still got nowhere--which in hindsight, is not a surprise. This is not an effective way to find properties, especially in a crazy market, such as San Francisco! I met Linda at an open house. She immediately approached me to inquire what my goals were, as far as the type and location of the property, and the timeline in which I was hoping to buy. After explaining that I had not signed a contract with my previous agent, she agreed to meet with me to formally get an idea of what was most important to me during this process. I told her that I wanted 1) someone proactive, 2) an agent who would go to open houses with me, and 3) someone I could get along with. Linda exceeded my expectations all around. Linda is well-organized and extremely proactive. She knew this was going to be my first time as a new homeowner, and so she walked me through each step of the way. She explained what all the real estate jargon meant, and she made me feel comfortable. Every week, she added potential properties to our shared Google Doc and removed ones I didn't like. On weekends she sent me an itinerary on the properties we would visit TOGETHER during open houses. Linda was always a text message away, which kept communication open. As previously stated, Linda went to Open Houses with me 99% of the time. This is beneficial because she knows what types of questions to ask the listing agent, and she takes notes for her clients as well. If you're viewing 5-6 properties in one day, these notes can be crucial when trying to remember which was which. Not only that, Linda would pick me up on Tuesdays during my lunch break at work, so that we could visit broker tours of properties freshly on the market. This shows how Linda will go above and beyond. Lastly, Linda is someone who was very easy to get along with. We talked a lot about real estate (obviously!) but also chatted about our lives as well. After this whole process, I can easily call Linda a friend. Ultimately, Linda exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend her to any of my friends and family. Buying this property was the biggest purchase of my life so far--and Linda made it a fun and exciting process.
