"I would NEVER pass up the opportunity to give loud and giant kudos to Linda Mora. From my first conversation with her, I just knew she was the right person to guide us into this next chapter of our lives. She is always pleasant, caring, and attentive to every detail. She patiently listened and understood our concerns in making this move – and selling our home here in Del Rio. We have been married 55 years, built every home we lived in, except this home in Del Rio, it was 4 years old, one owner. So though we were looking at SA homes for sale on Zillow, SA Homes, Realty.Com, etc, we strongly felt, in the end, it would be a new home. My husband is 100% Vietnam Disabled Veteran (mostly PTSD). And she was always available to talk and answer questions. Final consensus was that we would opt for a newly constructed home for “our final years”. She is very familiar with Perry Homes and a big help navigating our way with them. We selected a Perry Home. And when we signed that contract, we made sure that Linda Mora was listed as our realtor/agent in SA. She worked hard for us, we were a team, but she did most of the work! She even attended the New Home Demo for us! She has kept us apprised in every step of the way. She even took pictures as our house was going up, so we could see the progress. AND we still have not met face to face! But we will! That moving van will pack us up on June 5 and we are headed “HOME”. We bragged about Linda so much, that our realtor selling our home here in Del Rio asked for her contact info for future networking. Good, trustworthy, hardworking people are difficult to find and Linda Mora is all that. She went far beyond our expectations, we can’t thank her enough.
