With over 30 years of experience as a licensed Realtor and real estate leader, I am deeply committed to this dynamic industry. Since beginning my career in 1989, I’ve built a successful real estate team that achieved top rankings with a prior brokerage, and I have led two award-winning, highly profitable offices in Eagan and Eden Prairie. Today, I am honored to serve as a sales manager and broker for Compass, overseeing our Edina and Wayzata offices.
Throughout my career, I’ve been dedicated to helping buyers and sellers realize their real estate dreams, and I find great fulfillment in empowering agents to build distinguished, influential, and sustainable careers. My commitment to excellence extends beyond my work with clients and agents; I’ve also served extensively on the board and executive board of our local association, MAR, and was privileged to lead as president in 2020. In addition, I have chaired, vice-chaired, and participated in numerous committees, always with a focus on giving back to the industry that has enriched my life.
