The Linda Takenaka Group is a family-owned and operated real estate team composed of native South Austinite Cory Morrison, and Linda Takenaka who has called Austin home for over 40 years. Rooted with a deep passion for helping people find the right place to call home - to curate lifestyles, to invest, and create generational wealth.

As a second generation real estate advisor, Cory has had real estate running through his veins since he could remember. After attending Texas State University and graduating with a B.A. in Management in 2018 Cory decided to pursue his real estate career. Since he has been guiding his clients through the ever-changing Austin real estate landscape. Garnering experience in all facets - personal homes, investment properties, new construction, etc. Having lived in Austin his entire life, Cory’s vast knowledge of the city - its neighborhoods, schools, and lifestyles give his clients an advantage to find the right place for their needs.

Linda moved to Austin from Oahu, Hawaii 35 years ago and has called the city home ever since. She first entered into real estate 31 years ago, having the incredible opportunity to work with several home builders
including Newmark Homes and Morrison Homes. This opportunity gave her a pivotal role in developing some of South Austin and Dripping Springs' favorite neighborhoods - Circle C, Belterra, & Bear Creek. She gained first-hand knowledge on the home building process and how a quality house is constructed. After 11 years of working with home builders, Linda turned to the real estate advisor side so she would be able to better serve the full extent of her clients needs and the rest is history.

Cory and Linda are passionate about the Central Texas area and all it has to offer those who live here. They have witnessed first-hand Austin’s transformation from the sleepy college town it was to the growing vibrant
