Since childhood, I’ve always been passionate about people and sales. Born in Brazil and living between New York and Miami for nearly 40 years, I’ve been fortunate to build a life rooted in diversity, culture, and connection.

Before transitioning into real estate 12 years ago (thanks to the encouragement of my husband, Fernando Alves – Compass Broker Associate), I pursued a successful career in corporate America within the airline and travel industries. That journey gave me invaluable experience and the opportunity to travel the world, allowing me to connect with clients from all walks of life and understand the unique needs of the high-end market.

I had the privilege of working for major international carriers such as Varig, LATAM, and Japan Airlines. One of the highlights of my career was being appointed by Japan Airlines as their Corporate Sales Director for South America and being invited to inaugurate the New York–São Paulo route—an unforgettable and deeply honored experience. I also spent nearly 8 years with the Brazilian Government's International Affairs Office in New York, serving as General Operations Manager. In that role, I coordinated corporate airline contracts and handled travel logistics for Brazilian diplomats around the world.

I’ve always been dedicated to delivering personalized service and outstanding results. That same passion now drives my work in real estate—but on an even deeper level. My husband and I take it very seriously when someone’s dreams are placed in our hands.

As a wife and proud mother of a beautiful 18-year-old daughter, I truly understand the specific needs of every family—whether it’s their primary residence, a vacation home, or an investment property. It’s all about helping people realize their dreams with knowledge, integrity, and responsibility.
