Lindsay Rickert is a Director for The Holly Parker Team at Compass, where she brings a multifaceted background in real estate, marketing, operations, and client service to one of New York City’s leading luxury real estate teams.
Throughout her career, Lindsay has worked across multiple facets of the real estate industry, giving her a unique understanding of both the client experience and the strategy required behind the scenes to successfully market, sell, and position exceptional properties. Prior to joining The Holly Parker Team, she held leadership and client-facing roles spanning residential new development, brokerage operations, agent experience, and real estate technology.
Today, Lindsay works alongside Holly Parker, from developing property marketing and positioning strategies to managing client relationships, communications, and complex transactions. Her ability to balance the creative and operational sides of the business allows her to approach each property and client with both a strategic perspective and meticulous attention to detail.
A graduate of Ithaca College and former NCAA women’s lacrosse player, Lindsay brings a competitive, collaborative mindset to her work. She is a licensed real estate salesperson in both New York and New Jersey and is based in New York City at the Compass HQ office on Fifth Avenue.
