"If I could give Lindsey Matthews 10 stars, I would! Sale of my parent's home was a challenging circumstance in a challenging market. Being out of state, it was especially important that Lindsey and I have excellent communication on all matters dealing with upgrades to the home, legal signings, and overall strategy. She was impeccably true to her word, communicating via phone, text, and e-mail as needed at the times promised. She coordinated every phase of preparing the house for market (clean up, landscaping, painting, flooring, plumbing, locksmith, inspections, staging) and did so in an orderly manner that didn't require us to make any unnecessary or costly corrections. Her consistent professionalism and grounded supportive attitude was a tremendous asset as my own confidence and patience wavered throughout the process.
