Before launching her real estate career, Linette honed her service philosophy in luxury hospitality with prestigious brands like The Ritz-Carlton and Mandarin Oriental. Linette began her real estate career on-site at several high-profile new development condominiums in Manhattan. Linette began her real estate career on the on-site sales teams of Manhattan’s most prestigious new developments, including The Orion, The Avery, The Rushmore, and 212 East 47th Street. Working with top developers and a leading sales and marketing firm, she gained expert insight into how new developments are priced, marketed, and sold. This experience honed her ability to advise sellers on effective positioning and marketing strategies while guiding buyers through every detail of purchasing new construction — from floor plans and pricing structures to developer incentives and closing costs. She serves on the gala planning committees for the 14+ Foundation and Dream Project, organizations supporting education in Zambia and the Dominican Republic. Linette is also fluent in Spanish and deeply connected to her community.
