A recognized leader within the real estate industry, Lionel previously served as President of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) North New Jersey Chapter, where he helped advocate for homeownership, education, and professional growth opportunities within the Hispanic real estate community.

Originally from New York City, Lionel relocated to New Jersey in 2001 and later made the move to Florida in 2023, where he now proudly calls Manatee County home. His strong personal and professional ties to Florida, New Jersey, and Puerto Rico give him a unique understanding of the lifestyle, culture, and relocation needs of the diverse clients he serves. Outside of real estate, Lionel is a passionate New York Yankees fan and enjoys spending time between Florida and Puerto Rico with family and friends.
