Before becoming a REALTORĀ®, Lisa pursued several different careers. Real estate is her dream job because it allows her to interact face-to-face with people and help them attain their goals. Most recently, she worked in a blood bank and stem cell transplant lab, a role that did not afford the same level of personal interaction or satisfaction as helping a client sell their house for top dollar or celebrating a clientās move to a new home.
Lisa also brings a talent for envisioning how to transform a so-so property into an exceptional home. For example, a dowdy house in a target neighborhood may not appear appealing at first glance, but with her creative vision and the skills of her husband, a licensed contractor, it can be revitalized. This creative ability is a strong part of her family heritage.
During her college years, she worked as a waitress and bartender, developing strong customer service skills and a resilient work ethic. After researching real estate firms, she chose to work with Latter & Blum Preferred, REALTORSĀ® because of the extensive resources the firm offers. Every Latter & Blum office is staffed with seasoned professionals who readily support new agents, so when a client works with her, they benefit from both her expertise and that of the broader team.
Lisa assists clients in listing their homes and preparing them for the market by advising on minor improvements that increase marketability and help achieve top dollar, or by helping them find a house that can be adapted to meet their needs.
